Administrative Support Team
Sue Woods-Ganz is the Administrator at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre and PA to Professor Mark Williams. She has worked previously as a research coordinator in social psychiatry at the University of Oxford. Sue holds a BSc (Hons) in psychology and has a background in publishing administration and languages, working for international NGOs in France and Switzerland and in the marketing industry in Germany. On her return to the UK she gained experience in the health service and mental health research, most recently on the Oxford Community Treatment Order Evaluation trial.
Alice Thurston is the Administrative Assistant at the OMC. She has worked for the University of Oxford for the past five years in secretarial and administrative roles within the Medical, Physical and Life Sciences Division. She has a keen interest in mental health issues and particularly in psychological therapies. She is currently studying Psychology and Yoga.
Adele Krusche has conducted research investigating dispositional mindfulness as part of her Masters course and developed an interest in how mindfulness can alter perspectives and help with disorders. She was the lead recruiter on the Staying Well after Depression multi-centre RCT and trial coordinator in the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. Adele is currently conducting research into online mindfulness courses and their benefits in conjunction with the Mental Health Foundation and Wellmind Media and works part time as IT support and website moderator.
