Who am I?

I am trained as a clinical psychologist, specialised in CBT and supervision and have completed an MSt in MBCT from University of Oxford. I have been interested in clinical applications of meditation for a long time and have been teaching and lecturing on MBA both nationally and internationally for many years. For the last 30 years meditation have been a very important part of my life and I have had the good fortune to study with a number of excellent teachers from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and the Insight Meditation tradition.

What do I do?

I am leading meditation weekends and retreats – both in a secular and a Buddhist context – and mentor groups and individuals who have a meditation practice. Beside this I lead MBCT training programs and supervise professionals in MBCT. When time allows I teach MBCT classes, often as part of a clinical trail or research projects, and as such I have been involved in a number of clinical trails. I have a love for developing training programmes and have I spend a lot if time on developing training components around enquiry and MBCT supervision.

Why I love working for OMC?

I share the same vision as OMC – a world without depression, stress and anxiety – and would like to do my best to contribute in any way possible.
