Who am I?
I am the Business Manager based at our Oxford Office. I have a professional background in the supported housing sector as well as mental health voluntary sector management. When not at work you can usually find me on a bicycle up a hill somewhere in the countryside.
What do I do?
I lead the Operations Team who are always busy delivering our varied programme of courses. I also support the administrative activities of our CEO, and Management Team in developing collaborative partnerships locally, nationally and internationally.
Why do I love working at the OMC?
I have a professional and personal interest in mental health and wellbeing. About 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem at some point in their lives and the Oxford Mindfulness Centre makes a significant contribution in alleviating this distress and building resilience across our community.
