Who am I?

I am a clinical nurse specialist, and have worked in mental health in Oxford for over thirty years. I have taught MBCT in the NHS and in other settings for some time. I have experience of teaching classes in clinical settings – with both staff and patient groups – and for the general public. Currently I work in the NHS as a cognitive therapist.

What do I do?

I teach public classes at the OMC, and am also involved in supervision and teaching.

Why I love working at the OMC

As mindfulness based interventions become more and more popular, it is exciting to be part of this work. I feel very fortunate to be involved with the OMC, and to have links with such committed and experienced teachers and researchers. Teaching is very important to me, and having the support and connections through OMC is extremely valuable.
