Who am I?
I am a clinical psychologist, specialising in practicing and training cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I have developed and led University Diploma and Master’s Courses in CBT and MBCT, and contributed to developing psychological treatments for anxiety and depression in the Oxford University Dept of Psychiatry.
What do I do?
I am an associate MBCT teacher and trainer of the OMC, leading workshops and training retreats in the UK and abroad. My particular interest is in mental health, especially in developing and offering effective psychological therapy for anxiety, depression and low self-esteem, and in disseminating this work through training and research.
Why I love working at the OMC
I passionately believe in OMC’s vision, and to work with a team of such high quality, dedication and commitment is a genuine privilege.
