• Biography: I am a Psychologist, with Master in Psychology and currently pursuing my doctoral studies in Brazil. I have been cultivating my personal meditation practice for over 20 years, and since 2018 I have been researching the application of mindfulness in clinical practice, psychotherapy, and also in organizational contexts. I have professional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other topics related to human resources.
