Mind Full?

To be mindful is to be aware of your own experience, moment to moment, without judgement.

Why not give it a go?

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a therapeutic technique that can help you manage and prevent feelings of depression, stress, anxiety, or discontent. It enables anyone who practices it to live a more attentive, appreciative and vibrant life.

Who can it help?

At the Oxford Mindfulness Centre we teach the techniques and attitudes of mindfulness to anyone who wants to learn, we train others to teach mindfulness and we engage in scientific research to make sure that we’re always learning about the mind and continually developing our approach to mindfulness.

Depression

We all feel stressed, irritable, exhausted and low at times. This is completely normal. For those of us who suffer from depression, however, what starts as an ordinary bout of low mood can spiral into a full-blown depressive episode.
