Who Am I?
As a psychologist and mindfulness teacher, I am passionate about supporting people in finding ways to live with more ease and to flourish. Practicing mindfulness offers real and lasting change that enables us to rebalance and navigate our lives.
I have been fortunate enough to study mindfulness in Oxford, doing my Mst in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy at Oxford University. Oxford is a key hub for the important research and work that keeps promoting awareness and building the evidence base for mindfulness, and I am passionate about working in this field, helping people resource themselves in the midst of what life has to bring.
What Do I Do?
I work 1-1 with people, and also offer 8-week group based courses in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), MBCT for Life (MBCT-L), and Finding Peace in a Frantic World. www.easeofmind.co.uk.
It’s very exciting to teach OMC’s ‘Finding Peace in a Frantic World’ curriculum and work with Oxford University students. I am also qualified in the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) .b and Paws b programmes, which are providing children and young people in schools with important tools and skills to support themselves and find a steady course through their journeys.
