Who Am I?

As a psychologist and mindfulness teacher, I am passionate about supporting people in finding ways to live with more ease and to flourish. Practising mindfulness offers real and lasting change that enables us to rebalance and navigate our lives towards a greater sense of well-being. It can resource us to feel more steady through the winds of life, to nourish and support us in building our capacity to stand in the reality of how things are in each moment.

What Do I Do?

I did my MST in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at Oxford University, and I work in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

I offer 8-week group based courses in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT),  MBCT for Life (MBCT-L), and Finding Peace in a Frantic World. I also work 1-1 with people, helping them resource themselves in the midst of what life has to bring. I offer all courses and individual work online too, where this is suitable or necessary.

In addition to working with adults, I am also qualified in the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) programmes .b and Paws b, which are providing children and young people in schools with important tools and skills to support themselves and find a steady course through their journeys.
