- Biography: I am a mindfulness teacher. I founded Mindfulness Centre for Education in 2015 and since then I have been supporting children and adolescents developing socio emotional skills through mindfulness, and teaching adults to practice mindfulness and improve their well-being. I am interested in stress, anxiety and burn out in the workplace, as well as stress inherent to parenthood. My work is based on my personal practice. I seek to teach mindfulness ethically and responsibly to increasingly help people develop their potential and flourish.
