MBCT in Brazil – OMC and the Mente Aberta Centre (in English and Portuguese)
In 2017 a partnership between the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, led by Professor Willem Kuyken, and Mente Aberta Centre, led by Professor Marcelo Demarzo, was initiated with the aim of implementing and propagating the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) in Brazil.

Dorota Stuker is a mother, psychologist and mindfulness teacher. During her 12-month teacher training in MBCT-L with the OMF, Dorota was so inspired by the topics discussed that she decided to bring mindfulness closer to children by writing mindfulness books which would help them to manage their emotions.
