I am a teacher, trainer, and supervisor of Mindfulness-Based Approaches. I began teaching in 2004. I have an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and a Doctorate in Clinical Research (my dissertation was about mindfulness-based supervision), from Exeter University. I supervise new and experience teachers and supervisors. As Supervision Lead with the Mindfulness Network, I work with Sharon Hadley and Claire Kelly around our partnership to provide mindfulness-based supervision for OMF trainees. I have been facilitating retreats since 2018 and graduated from a 3-year dharma teacher training programme with the Bodhi College in 2022.
