Live Online Meditations

Practise mindfulness. Anywhere.

If you’re new to mindfulness or if you’d like to maintain your practice with a warm and welcoming community, we offer live online meditation sessions twice a day, Monday – Friday.

Sessions are 30-minutes long, led by fully-trained mindfulness teachers, and take place 13:00 & 19:00 UK Time. Everyone’s welcome to join, regardless of experience.
