Online silent meditation retreats in a supportive group setting.

Our online meditation retreats offer you the opportunity to deepen your mindfulness meditation practice with a supportive and welcoming group. These typically have a theme based on one of the attitudes we explore as part of both mindfulness practice and everyday experience. For example, ‘non-judging’, ‘patience’, ‘letting go’.

Whether you’re a beginner, have an established practice or are a teacher, you’re welcome to join. For teachers (or trainee teachers), our retreats meet the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA) Good Practice Guidelines by contributing towards annual mindfulness-based retreat requirements.
