About me

Hello, I am Susan and I recently completed a master’s in MBCT at the University of Oxford (2024). I am a neurodivergent teacher with 17 years of personal practice and first undertook Foundation training in 2015. I offer person-centred mindfulness training that is accessible and adaptable to the needs of those on my courses. I understand holding perspectives of different experience to the “norm”, including from a perspective of being a neurodivergent and also being a carer. This informs how I teach and participants feedback that groups feel inclusive and friendly. I teach using trauma-informed approaches and commitment to ethics in teaching practice. I welcome exploratory conversations, and you can also find further information on my LinkedIn profile where I go by the same name. I believe our whole selves should feel welcomed in mindfulness, and I teach accordingly.
