I’m a clinical psychologist and a mindfulness trainer, teacher, and practitioner. I’m licensed in Arizona and Hawaii, and I currently offer mindfulness courses and therapy online. Previously, I was a fellow at Harvard Medical School Department of Psychiatry, McLean Hospital, and Cambridge Health Alliance in Massachusetts. I also directed a four-year research grant focusing on the conceptualization and measurement of forgiveness and its relationship to health and well-being.
I’m a trained teacher of mindfulness-based programmes including MBCT, Finding Peace in a Frantic World, Interpersonal Mindfulness Program, and MBSR. I also have completed Oxford Mindfulness’ Teaching in the Workplace Programme, am certified to teach Stanford’s Empowered Relief course for pain, and have studied MSC, DBT, and ACT.
At Oxford Mindfulness, I teach the Research and Evaluation in MBCT workshop, and I have offered research support for the Mindfulness: Teaching in the Workplace Programme.
“It is a delight and honour to support training at Oxford Mindfulness, particularly because Oxford Mindfulness’ programmes are both evidence-based and firmly rooted in experiential learning and heart.“
