Dr Kate Foxwell is a Clinical Psychologist and BAMBA-registered mindfulness teacher. She has practiced for almost 20 years within the NHS. Alongside this she has supervised, taught and trained others to become Clinical Psychologists as a Clinical and Academic Tutor on the Doctoral training programme at Salomons, Canterbury Christ Church University. Kate is passionate about working with individuals and organisations, sharing evidence-based ideas in ways that can meaningfully support people’s well-being and (re)connection with themselves, others, and the life they want to lead. She brings skills and experience from Mindfulness (MBCT and MBCT-L), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative approaches to her work.
