Are you new to mindfulness, thinking about joining a mindfulness course for your personal well-being or not sure where to start or which course would be the best option for you?
In this hour-long, online session, led by one of Oxford Mindfulness’ teachers or trainers, you’ll be introduced to mindfulness, find out more about what mindfulness is (and isn’t!) and given a brief taster of a mindfulness exercise.
We’ll also share details about the various courses we offer and provide space for you to ask any questions you may have with a live Q&A.
Entry criteria – who can apply for this course?
To join:
- You’ll need access to the internet to join the event via Zoom
- You should have the ability to speak and understand the English language (both spoken and written) to a level where you can fully take part without the need for additional translation support.
