I am a registered clinical psychologist with a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and have worked in the field as a psychotherapist for more than 20 years. I started to learn and practice meditations since 2001 in the Buddhist tradition for personal development. Then I began to receive formal mindfulness teacher training in 2004 and started teaching MBCT in 2011. I received the award of the Certificate of Competence to Teach MBCT by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre in 2020. I also completed the MBCT Supervision Workshop organised by the Hong Kong Center for Mindfulness, as well as the MBI Supervision Training Level 1 by the Mindfulness Network. I am now serving as an apprentice trainer in the Professional Certificate in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy Teacher Training (2024-2025) that is jointly organised by the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Oxford Mindfulness. My passion in mindfulness practice is for self-understanding and development, as well as benefiting others. I am looking forward to sharing mindfulness with people who have the same wish for personal growth.
