I trained and certified as a mindfulness teacher with the Oxford University Mindfulness Foundation and am qualified in teaching mindfulness approaches such as mindfulness based cognitive therapy, mindfulness for life, finding peace in a frantic world and mindfulness in the workplace. I completed a Master’s in Coaching and Mentoring Practice at Oxford Brookes University. For my dissertation, I explored the role of mindfulness in coaching and developed a customised mindfulness training programme for coaches and helping professionals, which I regularly teach. As a coach and co-founder of Oxford Coaching Partners, I facilitate wellbeing and mindfulness workshops in both higher education and corporate settings. I am also a guest lecturer in mindfulness at Brookes, Nottingham and Chichester Universities. I strongly believe in the power of awareness to enhance wellbeing, reduce subconscious bias and foster inclusive environments. My passion for mindfulness is reflected in my extensive research, publications, and keynote presentations at leading international conferences.
