I have practised mindfulness for over 20 years. It has made a huge difference in my life in terms of understanding myself better, responding more skilfully to life’s ups and downs, and noticing and appreciating the goodness that is all around us. I love to teach and share the benefits of mindfulness with others. I am a qualified Counsellor and I work in sight loss rehabilitation. I have delivered mindfulness courses for Oxford Mindfulness and the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. I teach classes online and all are very welcome. I’m happy to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate participants needs wherever possible.
