About me

I’ve been introduced to various forms of meditation over thirty years ago culminating with mindfulness and Vipassana (both, Goenka and Mahasi). After numerous retreats in the UK, Nepal and Myanmar, I opted for the Teacher Training Programme at Oxford Mindfulness because of its unique blend of cognitive exercises and mindfulness techniques. Additionally, it answers the question on how to apply mindfulness in modern and busy life.
