About me

I started my journey in Mindfulness after a stint in hospital, following a major stress-related work burnout. Now in recovery from working as a lawyer in Life Sciences, I have spent the last 12 years putting myself back together again in a way that works for me. I qualified on the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation’s Master of Studies Degree in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy at Oxford University and began volunteering with legal wellbeing charity LawCare in 2018. Alongside my Mindfulness teacher qualification, I have trained as a BACP qualified counsellor in Psychosynthesis talking therapy. Together we can work to get you back to the real person that you essentially are, helping you to regain awareness of who you are and the joys of the mystery of life by being authentic, rather than getting stuck on automatic pilot playing parts and roles in life that don’t work for you any longer. You don’t need to be unwell to benefit from working with mindfulness, although most people come when something gets stuck or becomes unworkable in their lives. Whatever your reason to seek help, I believe in reconnecting you with what makes your heart sing.
