I started attending the Oxford Mindfulness teacher training programme in the spring of 2017, and I was lucky enough to attend a seven-day teacher course taught by Professor Mark Williams himself in China that year. Since 2020 I have independently taught eight-week MBCT courses twice a year and have held 190 mindfulness yoga classes, one session a week. I received an Oxford Mindfulness Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy-Trained Teacher Certificate in August 2024. I am also a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. I support students to better understand and use mindfulness and apply it to their daily lives through the practice of dynamic awareness of the body to improve and enhance their quality of life.
