Sitting with the Breath

About the free meditation

By Clayton Micallef

In this practice we rest attention on sensations of breath as an anchor guiding awareness back to the breath whenever the mind wanders away. The key is to recognize that the mind will always wander away, part of mindfulness practice to approach this with a matter-of-fact attitude, nothing wrong when this happens noticing and returning attention back to sensations of breathing as an anchor no matter how many times this happens.
