Develop and maintain your meditation practice and join our friendly community in our live online meditation sessions.
We offer free 30-minute weekday sessions (Monday to Friday) twice daily 13:00 – 13:30 and 19:00 – 19:30 (UK Time).
They’re for anyone who’d like to develop and maintain their practice – whether you’re new to mindfulness or have an established practice.
Please note that while we try as best as possible to keep to the planned teaching schedule, changes do sometimes arise which may not always be reflected here.

Turkish: Sessions are held every Tuesday from 21:00-21:30 (Turkish time) and 18:00-18:30 (UK time) by Oxford Mindfulness-trained teacher Zeynep Ağacıkoğlu.
