Mindfulness & Lifestyle Medicine for Leadership with TLWA

Oxford Mindfulness and TLWA (Thai Lifestyle Medicine and Wellbeing Association) are collaborating to offer a 2.5-day, in-person, Mindfulness & Lifestyle Medicine for Leadership programme.

Designed for those in positions of leadership, e.g. in health, education, corporate or other workplace settings, it’s drawn from evidence-based practices and exercises that support personal, interpersonal, and organisational change.

This includes understanding the causes of stress, burnout, and anxiety, building healthy resilience and how this can positively impact your well-being, colleagues, and organisation’s culture.

The programme will be conducted in both Thai and English.

Navigate the delights & difficulties of being a leader

The programme will be taking place at Kasetsart University within the Faculty of Veterinary Technology (10th Floor), Ngamwongwan Road, Lat Yao, Chatuchak, Bangkok.
