I’m a human with a great desire to support other humans in their personal/work lives. I studied and still teach math at university and spent about 30 years in expert and management positions in the financial business.
I’ve been enjoying mindfulness benefits in my everyday life for more than 20 years and learned how to teach mindfulness with Oxford Mindfulness.
I opened a mindfulness school in the Czech Republic and lead mindfulness courses, workshops, regular meditations, and other events – in the workplace and for the public.
I lead some of the Oxford Mindfulness live online meditation sessions.
