I’m a mindfulness practitioner, teacher, trainer, and author. I’ve had a long career in the NHS with a special interest in perinatal mental health and the provision of mindfulness to support NHS staff. I have an MSc and Clinical Doctorate and trained in MBCT, MBCT-L, Finding Peace and MBCP through Oxford Mindfulness where I’m a Teaching and Training Partner. I am also a Faculty member of the Mindfulness Based Childbirth and Parenting Foundation.
I teach and train the Mindfulness for Life curriculum for Oxford Mindfulness; I also teach the Finding Peace course to NHS staff and Long Covid sufferers. In addition to this work, I continue to teach and train Mindfulness Based Childbirth and Parenting for the NHS and the Mindful Birth Foundation.
“We’ve had the most wonderful journey in bringing the opportunities of mindfulness practice to pregnant women and their families.“
