I’m a mindfulness teacher, and counsellor with a special interest in working with young people, refugees, schools and in Higher Education. I hold a Masters in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) from the University of Oxford and have a special interest in teaching the Introducing Mindfulness, and Deeper Mindfulness courses. I also enjoy teaching MBCT, Mindfulness for Life, and Mindfulness: Taking it Further.
My career background is in teaching, recruitment consulting and counselling, where I particularly enjoy working with neurodivergent people, and those facing geographic transitions.
I’m passionate about using mindfulness and compassion as a basis to support participants and private clients turn towards difficulties by focussing their attention with kindness, ease and acceptance. I’ve maintained a meditation practice since my 20’s which started when living in Sydney Australia, then moving to Hong Kong for over a decade, and now living in Oxford UK.
