Prior to becoming a mindfulness teacher, I enjoyed a successful career as an executive in multi-national organisations for over 15 years. The challenges of those fast-paced and high-pressure environments led me to practise mindfulness and discover its benefits both personally and professionally. Willing to contribute to spread these practices as widely as possible, I embarked on an exciting new journey and re-trained with Oxford Mindfulness in 2015. I have been offering a wide variety of mindfulness programmes to general groups and in workplace settings since then. I have a degree in Communications, a Masters in Business and am certified to teach MBCT-D, MBCT-L, Taking it Further, Search Inside Yourself, Paws.b and WorkplaceMT programmes.
I’m a mindfulness instructor, trainer and supervisor with extensive experience in offering MBCT-D/L programmes and teacher trainings in Brazil and internationally. My work includes also helping companies on introducing mindfulness into their leadership teams and organisational life. In 2017 I joined the Oxford Mindfulness team and have been involved in training new MBCT teachers in Brazil and Spanish-speaking Latin American countries.
“I am committed to sharing the benefits of Mindfulness as widely possible, contributing to empower people and organisations to realize their full potential with ethics, wisdom and compassion.“
