About me

I am an occupational therapist working together with people living with dementia and their carers. I have worked in the NHS for nearly 20 years in a variety of settings including wards, community mental health teams and also using social and therapeutic horticulture as a means of rehabilitation. Through witnessing and experiencing the transformative capacity of mindfulness in my work and life I then trained to teach MBCT. I had the pleasure of studying with the OMF initially following the OMC foundations to teach curriculum and then completing the University of Oxford MBCT MSt in 2018.
