I am a mindfulness teacher with a background as a Mental Health Social Worker, with 24 years’ experience supporting people with complex emotional needs. I have been drawn to contemplative practices throughout my life, using mindfulness both to meet the emotional demands of my work and as a source of nourishment in my daily life. As a teacher, I value authenticity and compassion, and I support others to cultivate a kinder, more peaceful relationship with their own experience.
