About me

I have been working as a Clinical Psychologist in Hong Kong for about 20 years. Since I started my personal mindfulness practice in 2006, I have been sharing the practice with people I serve across different settings. I am passionate about practicing and sharing mindfulness, as I believe it is a transformative path towards self-discovery, well-being, inner peace, compassion, and wisdom. I first started the MBSR teacher training pathway in 2013 with Jon Kabat-zinn and Saki Santorelli at the UMass CFM. I completed the one-year foundation training in teaching MBCT by the OMC and HKCFM in 2018. Over the past 10 years, I have been offering mindfulness workshops and 8-week courses to various populations and settings, including workplaces, healthcare, higher education, law enforcement, correctional services, and the public. I am also a dedicated yoga practitioner and registered yoga teacher.
