I am a dedicated mindfulness practitioner and a proud survivor who has overcome depression. In the first two years of my practice, mindfulness helped me rediscover inner peace and fulfillment. Over the past five years, it has guided me toward a more vibrant and flourishing life – enhancing my athletic performance, career achievements, and overall happiness.
Now I’m committed to sharing this transformative power with others:
• Leading mindfulness courses that combine scientific rigor with compassionate teaching to help students reduce stress while cultivating insight and inner strength
• Providing mindfulness-based counseling to support individuals through emotional challenges, helping them reclaim autonomy and rediscover their passion for life
• Writing and sharing knowledge to make mind-body wellness accessible, integrating mindfulness into daily living
I firmly believe that true personal transformation begins with developing a deeper understanding of both oneself and the world we inhabit.
