I’m a certified mindfulness teacher and the founder of Mindful Life Skills, offering evidence-based mindfulness courses to individuals and organisations. I presently teach the MBSR and MBCT-L programmes, as well as adaptations thereof for the workplace.
I previously worked in the corporate and international development sectors for 18 years in different countries across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, where my focus was centred around consulting, project management, and capacity-building. I currently live in Vienna, Austria with my husband and two daughters.
I support Oxford Mindfulness in identifying collaboration opportunities with international partners, who share the vision of making the practice of mindfulness accessible in their country or region.
“As a firm believer in the transformative potential of mindfulness – in improving the quality of life at the individual and collective level – I look forward to being part of these efforts in transforming the fabric of our societies for the better.“
