Work with us

We have an ambitious vision, to increase access to mindfulness on a global scale. We know this is only possible by developing collaborations, partnerships and networks. We can’t reach all the areas in the world alone, so we work with others whenever possible.

We offer bespoke collaborations. How we work with our partners and collaborators differs from one relationship to the next – for some it might be a one-off talk to communicate specific information, for others it might be a longer-term relationship involving courses and other outreach work. If it contributes to our vision, we’re keen to collaborate!

Our partners & collaborators

Examples of our existing collaborations can be found here and include our most long-standing relationship with the University of Oxford, where we jointly develop programmes, work together to communicate our work and collaborate on research. Additional university collaborations include teaching training with the Albert Einstein University in Mexico and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

In other areas, we’re collaborating to offer mindfulness in hospitals, training clinical professionals and supporting mindfulness in the UK National Health Service. As we expand beyond the healthcare sector, we’re now also working in a range of other areas such as the hospitality, banking, technical and maritime sectors, all bringing different requirements and the need for some adaptation to introduce mindfulness to their communities.

Our collaboration with the Visual Snow Initiative

A collaboration which started in 2024 with the Visual Snow Initiative (VSI) has enabled us to develop our Oxford Mindfulness App. The VSI collaboration was focused on sponsorship (from VSI to Oxford Mindfulness) which funded the build of the app.

Sharing self-paced courses and meditations from trained teachers, via a mobile app, supports our mission to increase access to mindfulness training and educate a much wider population about mindful approaches. This collaboration has supported us with a new way of engaging with the public.

Dr. Sharon Grace Hadley, CEO Oxford Mindfulness

“Our way of working is focused and reliant on collaboration! We have no set collaboration model as each relationship is different. Our main focus with all our collaborators is to reduce suffering, educate and improve lives through increased access to mindfulness.“
