About Oxford Mindfulness

At Oxford Mindfulness, we’re proud to be internationally recognised for teaching mindfulness and as a mindfulness teacher-training organisation.

We’ve partnered with the University of Oxford since 2007 to develop easy-to-understand programmes using Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), which combines mindfulness and psychological science.

We work with organisations and universities around the world to deliver the mindfulness programmes developed through this partnership, supporting our vision of a world with universal access to mindfulness training.

The Oxford Mindfulness Foundation

The Oxford Mindfulness Foundation is a registered not-for-profit organisation with a mission to introduce access to research-based mindfulness in all areas of society.

We raise and distribute funds to support research and access to mindfulness training.

We believe that by living mindfully, deepening our awareness of ourselves, one another and the world around us and acting with kindness, we can make a positive difference in our communities and in our lives.

We work collaboratively on an international scale to:
