Discover the Power of Mindful Communication
Every interaction is an opportunity for connection. Yet, in the rush of daily life, we often miss the chance to truly hear and be heard.
This introductory session explores how mindful communication can transform the way we relate to others – at work, at home, and in our communities. By bringing awareness to how we speak, listen, and respond, we can foster deeper understanding and more meaningful relationships.
Join us to learn how simple shifts in attention can make a profound difference in how we connect with the people around us.
Please note: This event is included as part of the new Oxford Mindfulness Members’ Programme. Non–members are welcome to join the event at the relevant fee band.
