I’m a mindfulness teacher and master certified life coach. I offer a range of evidence-based mindfulness programs. My approach is grounded in both personal experience and professional training, and I’m passionate about supporting other people in meeting life’s challenges with clarity, grace, gratitude, and authenticity. My offerings are virtual and in person sessions. I feel privileged to walk alongside others as they discover their own path towards a more peaceful, resilient and wholehearted way of living.
