She has worked with groups and individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures and countries, training Executives, CEOs, and Chairpersons of multinational companies, bankers, pharma companies, renowned doctors, professionals in healthcare, education and the community at large. Deepti believes mindfulness is a way of being — one that transforms our life and brings greater joy, peace and freedom, helping us navigate life’s challenges with compassion and resilience, She loves meditating, yoga, reading, slow walks and silent retreats.
