Jessie’s professional journey began as an educational psychologist, with a decade of frontline experience supporting mainstream and special education schools, as well as non-profit organizations dedicated to gifted students. Motivated by a strong commitment to learning and teaching, she joined the University of Hong Kong (HKU), where she taught master’s level education courses and designed multiple award-winning experiential learning programs.
Inspired by her personal mindfulness practice, she contributed to a Jockey Club mindfulness project at HKU. She has since led workshops, retreats, and train-the-trainer sessions for professionals, educators, and parents, actively promoting mindfulness within schools and the broader community. She is now a full-time freelance mindfulness teacher, welcoming others to join her in exploring this transformative journey.
