Dr. Lee is a family medicine specialist and currently serves as a clinical associate professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In his role, he teaches mindfulness techniques to both medical students and patients with mood problems. Additionally, he engages in public speaking to promote mindfulness practices within the community. His research has suggested that mindfulness can effectively reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension.
