As part of our mission to increase access to mindfulness and to support our global community, we offer 30-minute weekday meditation sessions (Monday to Friday) twice daily at 13:00 and 19:00 UK Time.
They’re for anyone who’d like to develop and maintain their practice. So whether you’re new to mindfulness or have an established practice, everyone’s welcome and we’d love for you to join us.
Register once for these drop-in sessions and receive the Zoom link which enables you to attend any of the sessions, as many times as you like during the year.
