I am a mindfulness teacher and in the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Life (MBCT-L ) pathway with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation and Fundacja Mindfulness in Poland. My work integrates mindfulness, breathwork and embodied awareness, grounded in the understanding that presence, the natural rhythm of the breath, and gentle movement support regulation of the nervous system and emotional wellbeing.
I offer the MBCT-L curriculum and other embodied practices that help individuals reconnect with themselves, soften reactivity and create more inner space for choice, acceptance and compassion. I am particularly interested in how mindfulness, breath, interoception combined with bodywork can support resilience in everyday life.
Alongside my mindfulness training, I am certified in Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS®), hypnotherapy, and active meditation. I’m also a bodyworker of deep tissue massage. I bring these embodied perspectives into my teaching in a grounded and accessible way.
