This keynote is explored across two online sessions held within the same month. The first session is a facilitated community discussion, offering space to reflect on the reading, share what stood out, and explore questions together. Themes and questions from this session are gathered and then carried into a second session, which is a live conversation with the author.
This session explores the keynote offered by John Teasdale at our 2025 Annual Gathering with a community session on Wednesday, 22 April 2026 and a speaker session on Wednesday, 29 April with John Teasdale.
Both sessions will be 12:00 – 12:45 (UK time).
A link to view the keynote in advance of the sessions will be sent on receipt of your registration.
It is beneficial but not essential that you join both sessions.
This event is included, at no extra cost, as part of the Oxford Mindfulness Members’ Programme. Non–members are welcome to join the event for a small admin fee.
Please note: Community sessions are designed to be interactive and so recordings will not be available afterwards. We warmly encourage you to join live and keep your camera on where possible to support a collaborative and connected experience. Speaker sessions may be recorded.
