About me

Ain Aissa Mohamad (Aissa) is a trained mindfulness teacher with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (OMF, UK) and the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP, UK). She completed her teacher training with OMF, receiving supervision from experienced OMF supervisors, Claire Kelly and Liz Lord. She delivers evidence-based mindfulness programmes to adults, young people, and workplace groups, with a strong commitment to curriculum integrity, psychological safety, and accessibility. Aissa spent over a decade in legal and corporate practice, including litigation and corporate M&A, and currently serves as a legal director in the property development sector. Accustomed to high-pressure environments and trained in advocacy, she brings professional clarity and real-world relevance to her teaching. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge and is an HRD Corp–accredited trainer in Malaysia, grounding her teaching in intellectual rigour and professional training standards. Informed by her work in women’s advocacy and lived experience of balancing professional and family responsibilities, she believes wellbeing should be practical, sustainable, and accessible beyond clinical settings.
