I am a mindfulness teacher, psychologist, and psychotherapist working with adults. My approach is grounded in third-wave cognitive behavioural therapies, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy, integrating mindfulness and compassion-based practices to support psychological flexibility and meaningful change. I completed postgraduate studies in “Mindfulness and Compassion: Foundations, Research and Psychotherapy” at SWPS University in Poland, and trained in MBCT-L (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Life) in collaboration with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and completed the full four-year cognitive behavioural psychotherapy training programme at Centrum CBT (PTTPB-accredited, EABCT member). I am currently in further training in contextual behavioural psychotherapy (ACT and other third-wave approaches). Personally, I value connection with nature, animals, and mindful movement, especially outdoors.
