I’m a mindfulness teacher, trainer and supervisor and am involved in teaching and training the Mindfulness for Life curriculum for Oxford Mindfulness. I’m a Chartered Occupational Health Physiotherapist by background and for many years have had a special interest in the connection between physical and mental health, and the transformative potential of mindfulness in promoting health, wellbeing and flourishing.
In addition to my work with Oxford Mindfulness, I teach MBCT-L and Taking it Further courses for the general public online and in London, as well as within organisations including for staff in NHS. I’m registered as a Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and am a registered MBCT teacher with the British Association of Mindfulness-based Approaches.
“Oxford Mindfulness combines high standards of scientific research with a heartfelt desire to promote human flourishing.“
