Association of Cognitive Behavioural Studies

ACBS is the largest CBT training center in Greece. Their primary program is a four-year training course that leads to CBT certification according to the European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (EABCT).

The partnership with Oxford Mindfulness is an opportunity to introduce MBCT in Greece, expanding knowledge and experience for mental health professionals interested in mindfulness.
