Kaori Sugiura is a mindfulness practitioner and an Oxford Mindfulness-trained teacher. Her mission is to help people maintain and enhance their well-being and mental health through evidence-based mindfulness programmes, and to promote the importance of mental self-care at a societal level. Her ultimate goal is to contribute to a less reactive, more peaceful world by teaching mindfulness programmes and supporting individuals in learning to respond skilfully to stress and difficulty, reduce reactivity, and make skilful choices.
